What is the return policy?

Each Forest Mint piece is thoughtfully crafted in limited quantities or made to order, with great care given to craftsmanship and materials.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges on eligible ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

As made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you, they are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the rare event of a manufacturing fault.

Should you require assistance with sizing or product details prior to ordering, we are always happy to assist in helping you find the right piece.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received and approved, refunds or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Domestic orders within Indonesia are typically prepared within 3–5 business days, while international delivery timelines vary by destination.

All Forest Mint pieces are thoughtfully crafted in Indonesia in limited quantities, working closely with local makers and small-scale production partners.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary shipping on international orders over $150 USD.

International shipping rates begin from $15 USD, with final shipping costs calculated at checkout depending on destination.

All orders are carefully dispatched from Bali, Indonesia, and tracking details will be shared once your order has shipped.
