Returns & Exchanges

Each FOREST mint piece is individually made in small batches or made to order, with great care taken in craftsmanship and materials.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges on eligible ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and therefore non-refundable, except in the rare case of a manufacturing fault.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.
